José Silva, Jr., has successfully completed coursework through the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education to become a New Jersey Family Law Mediator. He has successfully used his training to settle many of his own cases. Mediation is permitted in the New Jersey Courts to facilitate resolution of all types of Family Law cases, with each litigant being involved in the resolution process. When litigants choose mediation, they recognize they do not want to prolong their divorce or separation any more than necessary, while preserving their financial resources. In lieu of paying a lawyer tens-of-thousands of dollars, use much less of your money to achieve a result you and your spouse or former partner are happy to live with. The choice is always yours. Why throw money away on a divorce lawyer if you can achieve results in less time with less money!
